Pipework Systems

Coates Engineering have vast experience in the design, manufacture & installation of industrial pipework systems. We can manufacture to the following standards.

· NF0081 & NFOO88
· Instrument pipework (NF0044/1)
· BS EN 13480 - parts1-7
· ASME B31.3
· In Accordance with AWS D18.1(stainless steel tube & pipework systems in sanitary (hygienic) applications.

As part of the manufacturing process we have a team of fully qualified coded welders.
· Procedures are produced to BS EN 288 and the new standards of BS EN ISO 15614 and 15609 & ASME IX
· Qualifications are to BS EN 287 and BS EN ISO 9606 & ASME IX.

Experience of Fabricating with & welding various pipeline materials.
· Mild steel
· Stainless Steel
· Nickel, Monel & most Nickel Alloys
· Aluminium
· Copper.

We also have the latest technology in the welding of hygienic pipelines, an ARC Orbital welding machine.

Coates Engineering has recently invested in a state of the art pipe bending machine for food & pharmaceutical Hygienic pipework. This allows us to minimise the number of welds & eliminates food or process contamination in pipelines.

NDT is carried out to the code specific & client requirements. We have access to all types of NDT requirements such us
· Radiography
· Ultrasonic
· Dye Penetrant Testing
· Full video Endoscopy of pipelines.

All pipelines are Pressure tested on completion.
